Dean has managed successful projects in licensing matters. He represented ten of the Wrigley Field Rooftops in Wrigley Field and obtained all the city and state licenses for these clients in 2002. He managed the 1995 Greektown Renaissance Project in 1995 which has transformed Greektown and the adjoining area into one of substantial economic growth these past ten years. Dean has represented many clients successfully in the City of Chicago involving private-government cooperative projects including Fortune 500 Companies such as Mattel and American Girl, Grace Restaurant in Chicago, large corporations and new entrepreneurial ventures.

Dean is an attorney and accountant who has extensive government and public service experience. Mr. Maragos has served as the Assistant Director of Revenue for the City of Chicago, General Counsel to the Illinois Motor Vehicle Review Board, General Counsel to the Greektown Special Service Area Tax Commission #16, and Co-Chairman of the Economic Development Subcommittee of the Chicago Development Advisory Commission for 14 years being reappointed to this position by Mayor Richard M. Daley.
The Economic Development Subcommittee distributes millions in federal funds to delegate agencies such as local Chambers of Commerce in order to improve the economic condition in the neighborhoods of the City of Chicago.
